Victoria Terrace Homes | Construction Update
Construction progressing / Over 80% Sold
The year has started off well with the builder making excellent progress onsite.
Terrace Homes 1-5 and 7-11 are now largely finished with landscaping and external works to complete.
The slabs for Terrace Homes 13-15 are due to be poured this week
Under slab plumbing and electrical works for Terrace Homes 16-22 are now complete and we should see these ground level slabs also poured over the next couple of weeks
Next week should also see the external power upgrade completed which will allow the full site to be connected to the new transformer. A great milestone for the project which will also allow the street frontage to commence.
In summary, after some delays late last year, construction is progressing well, with the builder confident we will see much notable activity onsite as the remaining Terrace Home structures go up. Construction completion and Settlement is currently anticipated for Q1 2027*
